How We Use Your Information

We use your data to personalize your experience, store your progress securely, and improve Disciple.Quest. Your data is never sold to third parties.

Cookies and Local Storage

Disciple.Quest uses essential cookies for sign-in and security. It also uses local browser storage for core app behavior such as reading progress, formation journey state, and interface preferences. We do not use analytics cookies or third-party analytics.

Anonymous Usage Counts

To learn whether the optional Go deeper features are useful, Disciple.Quest keeps anonymous counts of how they are used: for example, that a Go deeper section was opened on a Trail Marker, that a research question was answered or could not be answered, or that a citation was saved to a project. These counts are not linked to your account and never include anything you write, including reflections, prayers, research questions, or notes. Within one browser tab they share a random visit number, kept in session storage, which is discarded when the tab closes. Counts are kept for 180 days and then combined into weekly totals. You can turn them off at any time in cookie settings, and they are never used to measure you or your spiritual life.
